Do you know what Christmas really means ???

So last Sunday December 19th was my turn for my monthly sermon at the senior centers, As normal I wasn't really prepared,,, Life this time of year gets a little hectic so I thought it was only fitting we discuss the up coming events we all know as Christmas. As we shop for gifts and decorate our house. Go get groceries for the holiday meal with family and friend let us remember What Christmas really stands for at the beginning before we got to this social materialistic Holiday season

The story of the Birth of Christ Jesus

"About that time Caesar Augustus ordered a census to be taken throughout the Empire. This was the first census when Quirinius was the governor of Syria. Everyone had to travel to his hometown to be accounted for. So Joseph went from the Galilean town of Nazareth up to Bethlehem in Judah, David's hometown, for the census. As a decendant of David he had to go there. He went with Mary, his fiancee, who was pregnant.
While they were there, the time came for her to give birth. She gave birth to a son, her firstborn. She wrapped Him in a blanket and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the hostel.
There were shepherds camping in the neighborhood. They had set night watches over their sheep. Suddenly, God's angel stood among them and God's glory blazed around them. They were terrified. The angel said, "Don't be afraid. I'm here to announce a great and joyful event that is meant for everybody worldwide: A Savior has just been born in David's town, a Savior who is Messiah and Master. This is what you're to look for: a baby wrapped in a blanket and lying in a manger."

At once the angel was joined by a huge angelic choir singing God's praises: "Glory to God in the heavenly heights; Peace to all men and women on earth who please Him."
As the angel choir withdrew into heaven, the shepherds talked it over. "Let's get over to Bethlehem as fast as we can and see for ourselves what God has revealed to us." They left, running, and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby lying in the manger. Seeing was believing. They told everyone they met what the angels had said about this child. All who heard the shepherds were impressed.
Mary kept all these things to herself, holding them dear, deep within herself. The shepherds returned and let loose, glorifying and praising God for everything they had heard and seen. It turned out exactly the way they'd been told!" (Luke 2:1-20).

It was a simple scene that first Christmas – a rough room, a young couple and nothing but a feeding trough to put the child in. It was probably quite cold and with family far away there was little help. Not exactly the Hallmark moment we like to show in Christmas pageants. And yet this rustic scene marked the greatest event in the history of mankind.
God's Son became human and came to earth to save us. God had promised to send a Messiah, one who would save His people. He could have easily burst on the scene as a full grown man, a seven foot warrior with fiery eyes and arms of steel. This was what many people were looking for, but it wasn't how God did it. He arrived in the arms of a young girl. He was, as another of our authors put it, "a very small package, wrapped in rags, given from the heart of God. The perfect gift."

God gave His only Son to die in our place so that we, in all our brokenness, could know forgiveness. He came so that we could know what love feels like, real love – love that never leaves, love that never disappoints, love that is never betrayed. He sent His Son into a corrupted world to bring us hope.

How are you doing this Christmas?
Are you having a hard time finding hope in the world? Are you having a hard time finding peace? It doesn't have to be that way. You can have peace and find hope and know forgiveness through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
You can receive Christ right now by faith through prayer. Praying is simply talking to God. God knows your heart and is not so concerned with your words as He is with the attitude of your heart.
Here's a suggested prayer:
Lord Jesus, I want to know You personally. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life to You and ask You to come in as my Saviour and Lord. Take control of my life. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Bring peace to my world this Christmas. Make me the kind of person You want me to be.
If this prayer expresses the desire of your heart, pray it right now and Christ will come into your life as He promised. If you invited Jesus Christ into your life, thank God often that He is in your life, that He will never leave you and that you have eternal life.
AMEN

Religion and Halloween

OK so this week I was to participate in the Folsom mud run But If you believe in a higher power and a man of GOD asks for a favor you should say yes, Besides who really thought running in the mud will help my Iron-Man training. Also I'm not aspiring to be in the military again, I could never kill some one unless they were attacking me or someone I love. You know as I typed that I thought if they were attacking a stranger and I were saving them I could in defense but now I'm off topic,,, Breathe focus,,, OK so I was asked to give a sermon at the senior center on a someone else's day, 3rd time in a month. Does the big man have a plan ??? So if you watched the news at all this weekend, they were questioning Halloween and religion since it fell on a Sunday, me being me I thought this is a good topic for a sermon, Here it Is and any response or comments would be greatly appreciated !!!
Today is Halloween, is any one craving candy yet ??? What does Halloween mean to you ??? I ask you should a Christian observe Halloween ??? Good thought provoking question right ???

There is no direct message to this matter in the bible and that's probably because Halloween as we know it came much later than the bible being written. This is a dilemma because it's a disputable matter that can stir the pot in a way most are not wiling to go. Some one said to me "It's a Roman 14 issue" Now I will admit my lack of knowledge and say I don't know what that means. Ultimately you must decide for your self. Here before you I will try to give some history and scripture and the decision will be up to you.

Some of our or the Early celebrations in history on October 31st "Halloween" Have pagan roots stemming from ancient Celtic festivals called Samhein. This was a harvest festival where druids ushered in the new year beginning October 31st. They had bonfires, sacrifices ushering out summer and welcoming the season of darkness. They also said or thought this was the day that the "invisible" gate opened between earth and the spirit world or "Heaven". In the 8th century Roman pope Gregory III moved all saints day to November 1st, making October 31st "all hallows eve". It is also known as the day of "reformation" in which the Catholic and Protestant churches truly separated. So where does the bible fit in ???

Does this tell us Halloween is a worthless deed of evil or do we celebrate the day remembering how or why life is so special

In Corinthians1 9:22-23 and Deuteron 18:10-12 (also read yourself)
While these passages make it pretty clear what you shouldn't do, They are not realistic to our modern lifestyle. No where does it say "Trick or Treat" disgusts or shames our God or even Jesus for that matter. In fact If Jesus was here right now in a house and one of God's children rang his bell, I'm sure he would open his door, his heart, Bless them and give the most AWESOMENESS candy. We each must decide what is right in our heart or convictions, My opinion Eat some sweets, Bless the children, Dance the Monster Mash with you friends and family, Have fun enjoying and celebrating life, Pray together,,,

Re-Birthday

The date is October 7th 2010, I must start off with a thank you for today and everyday forward. You should do this everyday because life is short, Live each and every day to the fullest, It could be your last. One never knows when GOD will call your number. We must prepare for it with each breathe, Have fun,,, period !!!
Now your probably wondering what I'm talking about, Well today is the third year anniversary of my death experience. That's right on October 7th 2007 I went Dirt biking with my buddy's, Had a seizure, rode of a cliff, no pulse for 18 minutes, Clear on level 3 big needle in the heart while being flown out on a chopper, 11 days in a coma, 8 broken ribs, punctured lungs, broken right shoulder, Dislocated right knee, torn internals spleen and stuff, Theres one more thing,,, Oh Major frontal Brain injury (I always forget that, wonder why ??? LOL) Once I woke and 6 weeks later my head started to clear. No memory's for that time and the months before are foggy. Who cares cause I don't I'm just thankful to be alive.
Thanks Kevin Chreigton for helping me that tragic day. I wish our friendship stayed strong But I understand Your pulling away. Who would want to hang around a crazy guy. Besides I'm into bikes with no motors now. I have no fear of riding motorcycles again. I have just taking the sign from the Lord up above to give it up for now.
Babe thanks for standing by me during the rough times. Not just since the event but during the whole 20 years together. I have always cherished you and the fact that you have saved me several times. We have had a fun roller coaster ride and will continue for at least 20 more, Then we will ride our rascal scooters side by side (Don't worry I will hook them up to go fast like we have loved thus far) I LOVE YOU BABY
All those whom I share my life with now, Thanks, I don't feel I have to say names. One doesn't want to leave anyone out. You know who you are, Hint I share with you, Hug you, encourage you, Listen to you. I may not say I love you out-loud (to be honest it weirds me out when some of you say it to me,,, I am a manly man you know) But I do love and carry a piece of you in my heart. Also know I will be there when you ask for help or a hug !!!
So My message is always the same and simple, LIVE YOU LIFE. Don't ever look back and think or say wow I wish I would have, You weren't ready. Every thing happens for a reason, Don't question the why or how, Just go with your flow, our ending is all the same but the journey is different so make it fun with no regrets. I could kick my self and say why did I ride that day, eat improperly, drink so much alcohol, Do drugs, Ruin my liver and pancreas, Get diabetic and have that seizure. NO NO NO, It was part of my journey, my rode, my adventure. Preparation to make me thankful for the man I am and have always been. Future winning IRON-MAN !!! That's right I said it, Dream Big or go back to bed. Don't stop at the bumps in your rode, use them for strength. The first step is always the hardest. I believe in you, Seize each day, Remember only you can change you. If you need help ask for it. Together we can conquer any thing, BUT only you can take the first step. I hope you get the point, No doubts, No regrets, Live each day, Have fun, Say I love you and always Thank those whom you share your world with,,, It's simple, You can DO It !!! Iron-Man and Christianity

On this Sunday it was my turn to share the word of God with the men and women at two of my local senior centers. This in itself to me is a great act of spirituality, Because I always remind myself I'm just a street kid from N.Y.C. What do I know about the great book of GOD ??? How can I speak about it to others and will they even get where I'm coming from since of the generation gap. All I can do is give it my all, This was how it ran on September 19th 2010

So as I start this week Please lets remember an event September 11th 2010 9-11 ,It was a tragedy witch no one should ever forget and it's sad that some did. This year I tried to take the negative and turn it to a positive. I took my sadness and turned it into a triumph of spiritual positivity. I competed in my first ever Iron-Man Triathlon. for those who don't know that's where a not so sane person decides to get up in the early morning with 300-350 other individuals get in a body of water swim a mile and a half, Then bike 56, and then like that's not enough run 13.2 miles, Just because The lord said we can. this is an endurance contest, Characterized by great lengths and concentrated efforts. One need's Training, training, and more Training, Some education and a good coach. What better coach than our GOD the almighty giving us a son to carry us ,Jesus. Each thing I mentioned are Awesome aspects needed to cross the finish line. Your strong belief and honor in the LORD is in its self a marathon race of Christianity, So let me give you some examples,,,

(Note: for the seniors I read from the bible, You at home open it up and read for yourself you may learn something or you will get where I'm coming from)

So when we work out, we are doing it for long period of times. Increasing our aerobic stamina, Thus learning patience. Same as when we walk the path of life with the LORD. Gaining more strength and knowledge for the finish line a day, our days in heaven,

Some may get a coach or Join a team to help on this journey. I did not for my first Iron-Man. I choose none, I relied on friends, books magazines, and the internet. I realized I had the ultimate coach JESUS. He was a real good coach. he ran a race of pure endurance. A definite pace setting group leader. He was my true personal trainer. Free of any charge as long as I stay true to GODS path. He corrects and reassures us, Leading us to a dream finish, A place in heaven beside HIM. Some more examples from our book of hope,,,

Next you need effective pacing. this is the key to a good finish or really just finishing at all. This if done right allows one to kick it into high gear during final miles. Thus being a good Christian allows one to have a great finish in life. You just have to keep the Faith and believe the Angels are always around you, To carry us the extra or last miles.

There are other passages you can read to find help on your path, These were some that helped me on my journey for an Iron-Man finish. Any passage you read to get up each day, shuffling through the day and laying our heads down. You must just keep the faith. I feel one can not live without two things Hope and Faith. When that car sent me into the bushes on race day, I got up dusted my self off, Thanked God for my life and got right back on my path knowing God saved my life for another day and I am thankful. DON'T ever give up !!! Say thank you every day, Knowing the coach is always there for you, Let us pray,,,
Lord please keep the family's of 9-11 safe and know they are always in my prayers, Let the people around me know they are strong and you are waiting for them with open arms. I thank you for the strength to finish and I can compete another day with you in my heart, And everyone says AMEN

Giving 100%

So as you may or may not know I have been training and pushing my body and mind real hard for the Hardest physical exertion on September 11th, A Iron-Man triathlon. Well it's only a half Iron-Man competition. They don't let any or every one go to Hawaii to compete, you got to qualify which is not an overnight process. It will continue to be my goal to get it done. There is only two ways I'm going to the big island, Iron-Man or Monavie sending me for Diamond destination. Sorry honey both ways are work for me, But we can get couples massages either way. Plus anyway you look at life the date is a hard one for me as a New Yorker who survived that day. I have learned any chance you can take a negative and try to make a positive is a good one. So it will be a great triumph for me. I will never forget the men or women who lost there lives that day. 343 Firemen lost there life and many family's have a hole in there hearts,,,
I digress, Many people say I know you will give 110% or I'm 110% sure you will get it done and I was sent this from my Mother in N.Y. Which in itself is a long story. Cars and Bikes on the road

OK so as I have found the new me, apprentice Lance Armstrong. Cycling is a great form of exercise. One could spend there time riding the various trails along the Sacramento river. But after some time that gets boring. also as you improve you need a greater challenge of hills and valleys to build greater leg strength. That only leaves the regular paved streets/roads in town or out in the rural areas surrounding Sacramento. There comes the quandary, Not where to ride but how to ride with the hustle and bustle of cars, trucks, buses ???
Did you know that a cyclist is entitled to a minimum of 3 feet from the edge of the road when no bike trails or path are present. Also when your in a car passing a cyclist on a road with no bike lane you must pass on the left opposite the yellow lines when traffic permits,,, But do you ??? Most people not, In fact you honk give us the finger and speed passed annoyed by the man or women on the bike. Meanwhile your in a car, weighing 2 tons which can travel 100 miles per hour with not much effort. Now the bike on the other hand weighs 20lbs plus rider, averages 15-30 mph and maybe tops 65 mph if all is good and were hustling on a huge downhill
The cyclist is out there to get fit and stay in shape. Thus living a better life for his or her family. We should not be worried about being hit by a car. Getting hurt so we can't work, or even worse loosing our lives. One should be able to ride, getting fitter and enjoying the great outdoors. Besides bicycles have been around longer than cars. When there were horses everywhere cars looked out for them, Because your car would get demolished from hitting one. A biker wouldn't cause much damage to your car when you strike them But there life would greatly change !!!
So when your out there and it's a back road with no Bike path, SLOW DOWN, pass on the left side of the yellow lines, Give a honk and a wave. The cyclist will appreciate you, Even more His or Her children, Family, Wife, Husband, Girlfriend, Boyfriend, Fiancé, Dog, Cat (you get the point) will greatly care to see them that night. I hope you understand this, it's a simple act. Show us respect on the road. That's all we ask, See you out there keeping the rubber side down... Jeff the IRON-MAN Plumber.... OUT

Fathers Day !!!

So today is fathers day, Last week at church I was asked to give the Sunday 5 minute sermon at the senior centers. I had intended to do the dads run 10k here in Sacramento, But have realized sometimes one makes choices with the "BIG MAN" as your tour guide. This week was a rough one with a hundred toilets installed and my normal job calls. Then of course family commitments, Friends needing some love. Oh and don't forget the normal life errands. It didn't leave much time to write a sermon. I did the best I could, Here it was...June 20th 2010
As you may or may not know today is fathers day. Can we take a moment to remember our fathers present or in the after life. They gave us life and we must respect that. Every single day we share in this world we must thank them for our breath. Especially on this day we honor them, Love them, and send them our blessings.
Todays reading is short but has much meaning if your mind is open to my interpretation.
"your sons will take the place of your fathers. You will make them princes throughout the land" Psalm 45:16
The verse occurs in a psalm about the lord Jesus Christ. I believe the "YOU" being addressed here is GOD our heavenly father. The sons are Christ's followers . The verse then refers to the fathers, they are the saints that have passed before. They are the fathers in our faith. The "psalm-ists" tell us that GOD the king will have the followers take the place of the faith and he will make them princes throughout the lands.
We as followers of Christ here this morning have a calling. If you have given your heart to Jesus, then you are the sons mentioned. You are to take the place of such greats as Moses, Joshua, Isiah, Ezekian, and John the Baptist, just to name a few. I don't know what you think But that's some pretty good company, Our fathers in FAITH. GOD your father is going to make you a prince. That's one serious promise, Stay true to your beliefs in the lord, Our GOD and the Holy spirit's. At no time Don't think even for one minute that God's princes look anything like those we see today in our living world, on T.V. or in the papers. God's princes are his and his alone. Not ours in our world.
On any day but especially today, Fathers day I will share an acronym, Six attributes of a "FATHER" (F)aithful (A)ble (T)rue (H)umble (E)ternal (R)ighteous
GOD our heavenly father and Christian fathers,,,
FAITHFUL ABLE TRUE HUMBLE ETERNAL RIGHTEOUS

So I got allot on my plate right now. I have in life always searched for balance. Is there such a thing ??? With Family, job 1, job 2, friends, workouts, and of course some volunteer time,,, There is no time. I could keep going on, I mean just the Facebook, Mafia wars addiction is a time waster. But I can't let my peeps or followers down. I continue to push through, I continue to read and learn. So here you go this weeks addition of general tid bits and truthful facts:

FACT: The stars and colors you see when you rub your eyes are called phosphenes.

Facts on Saturday since I have been a slacker

So I have been so busy with this bicycle thing and all the normal life procedures I have been slacking. But at no time do I ever stop searching for knowledge. One can't and should never stop learning. Search for something new each day. You control your path. Sometimes we may not like the road were on. But you are always the passenger going where you should. Now when you stop your in control. Just stay true and have some Hope and faith. So onto some facts:
FACT: The color red does not make bulls go crazy, They are actually color blind
FACT: Cosmonaut Sergei Avdeyev holds the world record for time travel, Shocking,,, He traveled .02 seconds into the future (Look it up it's fascinating)
FACT: There is an English word with no vowels "CRWTH" Its a strange ancient instrument pronounced "Crooth"

FACT: Siberian Salamanders freeze solid and still survive !!!

As usual I'm just bringing you into my world. As you can see sometimes its animals or fruit or weird world facts. Search them out we all have our own ticks. Google some of my facts to learn more if they interest you. Most are fascinating, Of course that's my opinion. But since you are reading this you want to hear from the plumber. Life and my normal knowledge

What's up everyone ??? If you know me real well I'm in a down mood right now. My life in the last few weeks has been a total adventure. My family and friends have been AWESOME. I know I'm my own worst critic and I let the small stuff eat my insides. Were told don't sweat the small stuff. Or just let it go. I know that!!! If today is a cloudy day the sun will be out tomorrow. Maybe I should just totally let you in. Even though you may think I wear my heart on my sleeve, I hold back a little. I can't ever seem weak or vulnerable. So here you go sharing my adventure out loud the Inside of the plumber you don't see due to me being a masculine manly man.
It all started a few weeks ago when I knew the Ironhourse Bicycle race was approaching. Did I train hard enough ??? Who knows,,, but 70 miles in 3 hours is fast isn't it. I feel as fit as I have ever been since I was 18. And of course now I'm clean, drug and alcohol free. Living life as pure as I can, maybe and you soon find out why I question myself. We leave for Durango Colorado. I say we meaning my Lovely wife, My adopted sister Jenn Lindsey, And Nick Clark my best buddy, health mentor and honorary brother. We are ready for the big show. A bicycle race like no other in a town where I never been. Oh and at elevation, great for the flatlander. I'm pumped and ready. We roll into town and low and behold I'm riding with the mayor. Every one knows nick and his family. It has begun, I can't fail or I will let down the mayor. This is my mind working me. Also everyone we meet and tell about the race talks about the negatives. (we all know negativity brings negativity... RIGHT) OK blow it off live in the positive.
Now we arrive at Nicks childhood home. I meet his mom Rose, A beautiful, loving, nurturing, fit, compassionate women. Now I now why Nick is Nick. Plus I get this all from Rose in the first half hour. WOW her name fits her, a rose soft, delicate, beautiful, full of color, with just enough thorns to protect it. A MOM... period. We begin to celebrate. Other family and friends arrive. Grandpa Dominic, an salty dog who lives with faith and old school knowledge. Aunt Pat(pete) much more outspoken then her sister Rose, She's Like my aunts, I love her immediately. Her sons and Nicks buds J.R. and younger brother Jeffrey. Both awesome kind hearted men whom I would hang with and help any way I could in life. Definite cool dudes. Then Brian and his fiancé(I'm sorry her name escapes me. she was so quiet and polite)Brian was also very serious and restrained. But I knew he had that party animal inside. He just conformed to fit into this world we live in. Always awesome when one controls there inner spirit, good job Brian. All great company, which made me think about Home,,, N.Y. that is. The demons have infiltrated my head 100%.
The bike race morning starts at 2:30am for me 5:45 for everyone else. Can't sleep, the butterfly's won't quiet down and get in order. OK I'm strong, fit, I trained. We eat and suit up. Peddle to the start line. I'm feeling Nausea so bad I can't decide which way to release it. (I know gross but I am the Plumber) Nick and I start and stay together for a few miles. I slack off because I want him to do this for him not me. He is off like a race car, good, win it bro. Then maybe 3 miles in we almost have a crash, people clip tires and I almost eat it. But again training saves me. Then about 8 miles in I pull over and hurl, upchuck, spill cookies, spurge, pray to the imaginary porcelain god (just couldn't resist, the plumber again) Now it's on and it's the hardest feat I have ever done. Head down, muscle threw the pain, and don't let lack of oxygen weaken me. I went mental of course, my thoughts were all over the place. It was almost funny but the demons were in control. 35 miles in and the officials stop me and about 40 others. We just completed the longest hardest peak. But they said on the final down hills wind conditions are too dangerous. you have finished the race. No I didn't there were 15 miles left, The fun part no less. Yea I just did the hard part but I need the prize, the true finish. I failed, I let my body quit because I was too slow, 20 minutes faster and the finish line was mine. Do you see how we are our own worst enemy ??? Bring on the funk, But put on a happy face for others. Can't show I'm weak, I did good and everyone around was good and positive. I love you all but I'm hurting inside alone !!!
So we return back to Sac-town and my thoughts and doubts grow. I realized I wasn't eating good because the scale don't lie. Weight gain and no workouts. Loose the house we made an offer on. The office p.c. is down so I can't start my new routine with Mike Arnold. My friend Tiffany"s mom passed R.I.P Pat Palmer, Which brought old friendship drama and more negativity. The demons are winning,,, Nope I'm in control I can't be beaten. My Iron-man training starts Monday. Hardcore workouts. let the "endorphins" (I know Its spelled wrong but can't find correct spelling) flow. Just letting you in my heart with no walls will help. Its like laying on the couch with the psychiatric doctor, except it's my laptop playing some classic Queen as I type. Boy that Pandora program ROCKS... "JdP" OUT

Broolkyn, Mans best friend

Life is always full of adventures, With many ups and downs. In case you were not aware yesterday May 15Th was Armed forces day. On that day one should remember those who fought or served in the military. I'm sure we all have a family member who may have served and that should be remembered. Whether one actually fights in a war or just stays state side pushing papers it's all important. Remember FREEDOM is not FREE.
So I spent yesterday in East lawn memorial on Folsom blvd and 48Th street. we were having a vendor far and paying tribute to those awesome military. Then i left there and got a tour of the store CO-OP with Craig and Aimee Phaff. Nice health nuts like me. Then we had a barbecue at Rebbecca and Dan Johnson's house. Health food and great conversation. My wife and son were down in Monteray packing my daughter up from her finish of the 1st year of college, Awesome. Wow that flew by fast. So they returned home and called me with bad news. My dog Brooklyn had passed,She waited till we were all gone. In her sleep position, legs stretched out, tail straight, eyes closed. I thought now what ??? Do I have to call someone or do I just dig a grave and bury her in the back yard. I dug and put her down, said a prayer and covered.
But this morning was my Sunday to preach at the senior centers. Not feeling in a very uplifting spirit. How do you speak about the lord when your heart is calling for him, well this is what I wrote and said:
The lord is close to the broken hearted, He rescues those who are crushed in spirit (psalms 34:18)
The unfailing love never ends. by his mercies we have been kept from complete destruction. Great is his faithfullness, his mercies begin afresh each day. I say to myself, The lord is my inheritence therefore I will hope in him.
The lord is wonderfly good to those who wait for him and seek him. so it's good to wait quietly for salvation from the lord.
For the lord does not abonden anyone forever though he brings grief, He also shows compassion according to the greatest of unfailing love (lamentations 3:22-26 31-32)

Let us pray
Dear LORD,
please help me in this time of loss and overwhelming grief. I dont always understand why life is filled with pain and heartache. But I turn my eyes to you as I seek the strength to trust and be faithfull. I will wait on and not despair. I will wait for your salvation. my heart is heavy and crushed. But I know you will not abandon me forever. please show me your compassion, give me the strength to deal with the pain. I believe this promise in your word to send me fresh mercy each day. In life I can not see past today, I trust my love combined with yours will never fail me...

Facts and troubles ???

Happy Friday, How's all my peeps doing out there ??? woh woh woh Not all at once, you sound all garbled and excited, LIFE must be great. Haha just having some typing fun. all though sometimes when I type I wish I could know what your all feeling. Would some one start working on that. Any hoot this week was another adventure, as life should be, Right or Right. I spent this week mixing, fixing, and biking. tottaly steped out of my box on mixers, crashed a few which weren't my normal crowd. my truck broke down but thanks to the BIG man blessing me with the skills to fix almost anything it only cost me 50 bucks in parts and materials. Then hit the road on the bike, 22 days till the riding challenge of my life so far. Racing the train in Darango Colorodo, with the pros like Nick clark, Lance armstrong, and George Hincappie. Wow "Jeff the Plumber" riding his yellow bicycle up a montain with those cats and actually trying to win. Again life isn't life if we are not LIVING. So on to my tid bits of facts:

FACT: more than 20,000,000 Hershey kisses are wraped each day, That's 133sq miles of tin foil (tin foil is recylable incase you didn't know)

FACT: If you walk next to someone eventually you will synchronize your steps

FACT: The average temp of a honey bee hive is 94 degrees Farenheit all year round (does any one else love honey ??? MM good, right or right)

FACT: Our sun will never explode, scientists say it's too small to generate enough enrgy to go supernova (that means exploding star peeps, I love science stuff)

FACT: The EARTHS weight is approximately 6,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 kg or about 6,588,000,000,000,000,000,000 tons (now did they figure this with or without us calcullated in to these numbers)

FACT: "Nintendo" is Japanese for "Leave luck to heaven", And they made playing cards befors video games

FACT: America's favorite color crayon is blue and they have 8-10 different shades of blue (I like yellow, What's your favorite ???)

FACT: Mario from supermario brothers was named jumpman first and they gave him a hat and a mustace so it was easyier to draw, He was also supposed to be a carpenter (But plumbers are way more fun, WAY MORE FUN)

FACT: (since no one guessed this last time) Genophobia is the fear of Sex

FACT: The first U.S. president was not technicaly George Washington it was a guy named John Hanson, He was the`President of congress in 1781 under the articles of confederation (Ok I love history too)

I thought today was Thursday ???

All right so All week I have been a day off. Where does that come from ??? Probably just wanting to do more work because I'm having a blast. Life rocks am I right or right. So what have you been up too world peeps. I have spent the week taken care of other peoples problems and none of mine. But that's OK some times one has to take a week off. Well I forgot I did do yoga this week. It is and was AWESOME, while your practicing it feels good, Mental and physical. Practicing with hot yoga is the only way, you need to try it if you've never. Getting your sweat on with a bunch of strangers, then once class is over you all feel as one entity in harmonic spirit. I know in life it's hard to let things go. But boy if you don't during yoga, why bother doing yoga. I even let a dude touch my face with the eucalyptus oil at the end before Namaste prayer. OK so the guy is Kinda cute and AWESOME.Even still one must let things go and breathe. So I got some facts for ya this week, even my reading pattern was strange this week. Maybe a sign of not working out, Hhmmm.... enjoy !!!

FACT: Giraffes can yawn, Virtually all warm blooded animals can, Even fish

FACT: Rats can't throw up, they are poison resistant but edible poisons work on them since they can't regurgitate it

FACT: Tall people earn $789 per year per inch more than shorter people (I should ask for a raise and sorry Jenn your Funsize)

FACT: Traffic lights were invented before cars and they burned gas. Also the would sometimes explode causing massive fires

FACT: A grape will explode in the microwave (try it I did and it was a hoot)

Life's trials and struggle

OK I will first apologize for the lack of a new post. My life has dragged me in every which direction. Some my fault, some others. That is no excuse or complaint, Nor am I whining. For I know that's what life is about, a journey. If you except the challenge in the end you will be rewarded. So I went on a most fabulous cruise with my wife, ran a 5k and then a triathlon. All pushing the boundaries of my comfort zone. The time with my wife was wonderful, but the down time, yikes. I'm not one to sit and relax, even though I have moments were I just think it would be fun to be lazy. That's not me. Then my buddy Oliver says hey lets run a 5k on my birthday. Sure that sounds like fun, Any way you can push ones spirit and thank the big man for another day alive is AWESOME, right or right. Then the triathlon on Sunday the 18Th. First this is not me trying to impress you, But it was way exciting for me. For those that don't know, It's when you swim then bike then run. The distances vary depending on what sort of race your doing. This was a sprint, Which is swim a 1/2 mile, bike 16 miles, and run 4 miles. This is my second try at this distance. On the last in October I finished around 2hrs 35-38 minutes. This time 1:58:58, that's near 40 minutes faster. A lot of training was done, so I needed time in my my life and the blog was something that took the hit. But I still read every day and learned tons of facts for you so here you go:

FACT: Avocado is poisonous to birds (Boy do they taste good to us, Hey did you know before I came to Cali I had didn't know that guacamole was made from Avocado, TRUTH)

FACT: "Goodbye" came from a middle English phrase "GODbwdye" which is short for "GOD be with ye" (makes me want to say good bye more often)

FACT: 80% of millionaires drive used cars (what wasn't said in this fact they are all classics)

FACT: If you received all the gifts from the "12 days of Christmas" you would have 364 presents (That true love must have been daddy Warbucks, hehe !!!)

FACT: Newborns cry but have no tears until we are a month old and Sugar is the only taste humans are born with and always craving (so if your on a diet you can cry and have a real excuse for the chocolate cravings)

FACT: It is illegal to not drink milk in Utah (This one puzzled me and my research didn't give me a good answer so if you know something chime in)

FACT: 17 tons of gold is used for wedding rings in the U.S. each year (and now you can sell it on t.v. for cash money, what does that say about marriage ???)

FACT: Camels originally came from North America (that animal fascinates me)

FACT: The Sahara desert goes with out rain for years but has one recorded history of snow (Amazing, Right or Right)

FACT: 7% of Americans think Elvis is still alive, and the body that is buried is actually a wax model. Also 2 hours before his death Elvis boarded an airplane to Buenos Aires going by the name John Burrows (This is one I Kind of believe to, Guess I'm one of the 7%, Also he's hanging out with Tupac, Biggie Smalls and Janice Joplin)

I hope you learned from me once again. Just know If you don't learn something new every day it was a wasted day. Getting one fact every day for me makes it a complete day, Even if I read for 10 minutes a day it's learning something. Knowledge is always power. Why do we live ??? If not to learn and grow. Fact Friday 4-2-2010 A little late but worth the wait

So as usual another week has passed, and a full one it was. I had no me time this week. Now I'm not trying to sound selfish But I feel like I let my peeps down. No blogs, No facebook updates, Hardly no mixers, Just plumbing. I guess that's pretty good since I am last time I was checked the plumber. How are you doing on your goals so far ??? we are 4 months in, I have 5 done so far and 5 left. I better get busy. This next week is gonna be a lot of fun, It's my 20Th wedding anniversary, my daughters 19Th birthday and my 37Th birthday. Two of those things are really important one not so much. But life is all good. As you read my facts this week you may see some pattern to my readings this week, I will leave that for you to have some fun with !!!

Fact Friday 3-26-2010

So last week I was so swamped there was no time for blogging. This week was even more busy, Making both my A and B businesses pop off at the same time. Always trying to be totally successful. Wow its always great when that happens. Two days ago a customer made me get a hair cut. Well actually they tried to fix there water heater, then once they couldn't they called the plumber. Of course I show up asked what the problem was and go to diagnose the failure. When bam a huge flame shoots out the pilot assembly door. I move quickly, bumped my head and scratched my face. OK so as I try to get my bearings I realized my far head was bleeding, I go to my truck, put a band aid on and notice my hair caught fire, GREAT 5 MONTHS OF NO HAIRCUT GONE with a bald spot, doing my job and no alcohol involved. Now I have to explain to the customer how they messed up and should have informed me that they tampered with the gas valve. 120$ repair now over 400$ and a 20$ hair cut. I think they learned a lesson and feel good that there house didn't burn down. For all that read this DON'T touch the gas valve unless you are trained to do so !!! Any hoot I will give you a weekly dose of what I have learned this week and last week too...

FACT: Most heart attacks happen on Mondays (This is due to partying all weekend and then rushing to work in a panic cause you body is tore up from the party)

FACT: Between 1950 and 1990 the teen suicide rate Quadrupled (Again the partying and television and more partying)

Another Sunday spreading the word

So Another glorious week has passed and it was time for "Jeff the plumber" to give his sermon at two senior centers. This week was way busy, Between Family, work, Monavie, and Friends all pulling every which way and I giving them all of my heart and soul. WoW it always makes me reflect on how great life is. As I share this morning with you, I'm at no time trying to impress upon you or even think I'm giving a good speech on the word of GOD. Just taking what I read and sharing with those whom may need it:

Sunday March 21st 2010 Reading from John 11:17-27

17On his arrival, Jesus found that Lazarus had already been in the tomb for four days. 18Bethany was less than two miles[a] from Jerusalem, 19and many Jews had come to Martha and Mary to comfort them in the loss of their brother. 20When Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went out to meet him, but Mary stayed at home.
21"Lord," Martha said to Jesus, "if you had been here, my brother would not have died. 22But I know that even now God will give you whatever you ask."

23Jesus said to her, "Your brother will rise again."

24Martha answered, "I know he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day."

25Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; 26and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"

27"Yes, Lord," she told him, "I believe that you are the Christ,[b] the Son of God, who was to come into the world."


There is probably no better time to read this verse then right now. There seems to be a real sense of gloom or doom in our world right now. It's like a shadow. Just glooming over everyone of our shoulders, I feel it. Maybe it's the worlds financial situation who knows. People say that Church attendance and membership is down and now one really knows why. People are blaming all kind of things, But I have an idea now is the time to embrace GOD

As one talks to people each day as I "Jeff the plumber" does each day. There seems to be a real sense of stress. we have a long shadow of terrorism especially since 9-11 and were tired of all the alerts. Or the saying "weapons of mass destruction". Or even the constant news about the war in Iraq. Which has gone way longer than anyone wanted. Even suicides has tripled as a result our our economic downfall, not just in the united states but across the whole world, This gloom lurks

What do we do when there is a sense of gloom that persuades our lives ???
You go to the book of God and read for the answer is there
In John 11:17-27 We encounter Mary and Martha at a very dark time in there lives. The shadow of death has fallen upon their home, their brother, Lazarus is dead and as a family, all single living together, so close nit. Suffering from a big big loss. Life spinning out of control and GOD seemed to be absent.

What would you do in that situation ???
I know, Read the book of God, For HE will give you guidance !!!

Sometimes you hear Christians or believers are not supposed to grieve. In Thessalonians 4:3 it says "Tell us not to grieve as those who have no hope" No, No, No, grief is not being unfaithful. It is a normal part of our lives as believers. It's not an expression of a lack of faith. It is an expression of how much you love some one. The deeper the love the deeper the grief. This is the gloom we are feeling right now. We let our emotions lead our way so know all that is going awry in this world right now has us grieving. Yet we forget GOD

One must tell GOD how you are feeling. He is not intimidated by how you feel. When you read the book of GOD, You will see HE mourns when you mourn. Just tell GOD, Even if it doesn't sound religious, You lost your job, can't make your house payment, or just have physical pain. Just tell HIM, And maybe just maybe if we all start doing this on a regular basis we can rid this shadow of gloom. If we all let it out HEALING can begin

Trust GOD and HE will speak. We will come out of this gloomy situation. GOD wants to deliver us from this depression and despondency. But again we must loosen them and let go !!!
LET US PRAY
Thank you GOD for always showing us the way. Continue to protect our military, Keep healing those who have been harmed in the earthquakes, for they have have lost there way, Thank you for the strength to finish my marathon last week. Thank you for allowing me to share your word with these great people. Continue to protect them and strengthen them for we all believe

Fact Friday 3/12

Another glorios week passes and it was a doozy. Between Plumbing, Monavie, Family, Friends, and all around general life, There was joy, laughter, sorrow, and even charity. Sometimes when you stop to reflect, breathe and man life is AWESOME. Right now as I'm typing I could go a hundred ways with this blog. My mind is racing right now, I should be resting or meditating for the hardest Athletic feat of my life this sunday. Running 13 miles, a half marathon, why??????, I know why, just to check it off my life list. One must live life to the fullest Because you may never know its end. Anyhoot I can"t let mt peeps down without anothe Fabulous fact friday, So here you go !!!

This one is special it comes straight from Dj Acai FACT: Did you know 111,111,111 x 111,111,111 = 12,345,678,987,654,321 (I'm sorry that math always amazes my exspressive mind)

FACT: The mouth of a jellyfish is also his anus (Ok 2 thoughts on this one 1: This gives new meaning to talking out your ASS 2: Pissing on a jellyfish sting does not make the sting go away... I'm just sayin)

FACT: On August 6th 1945 the first nuclear bomb dropped on Hiroshima vaporizing 80,000 people on Earth (A tragec day for Humanity but I love history) OH side note to this fact People are still dying of radiation in Hiroshima and Nagasaki(which was bombed 3 days later) TODAY... Ouch

FACT: When the Earth travels around the sun in it's orbit, we traval a million and a half miles per day (can you see were my mind was this week yet, more facts to come)

Just because

So this weekend I went on a hike with some friends. WOW what a great planet we have. It was a simple hike to some waterfall up outside Auburn California. Seven of us total, Getting exercise, Having great conversations, Building better friendships. One more example of why living is great. Just beware of the mountain Elephants. I feel weird saying this, Because I pride myself on being a very masculine man, But I love you guys, all of you, Nick, Jenn, Ben, Nicole, Peter, and Sarah. To many more hikes

Sometimes you may wonder how poorly we treat this wonderful planet. Each day were on this earth destroying it. I don't know maybe it's just me but how can we keep this looking so great. when I'm out in the Forrest, as close to mother nature a boy from New York city can get, I just breathe it into my lungs. Or I think about that Native American commercial with the strong Indian crying because of all the trash and pollutants, We can make some impact, NO !!! Some say there is no GOD and I'm not trying to start that argument, But I believe This earth is great and he made it this way. So lets try and protect it, Every little bit counts. If even you just recycle or re-use something. Take a shower one minute less, Or even for some spice in your life shower with your spouse. This will make a difference. Another great energy savor is just turning your thermostat at home just 4 degrees higher or lower depending on the season, This counts. Turn your lights off or change your light bulbs to fluorescent. All small things and there is many more. You make the choice !!!

It wouldn't be another fabulous Friday with out the facts. So I'm ready for you, Are you ready for me ??? good. This week went by pretty fast, which was good. Most said it was an unlucky week too. It was for me, not on a personal level, but on a worldly level. Sometimes I will say the world is a quarter bubble off, and this week it actually was. I feel like blabbing !!!

So another great week passes by and nothing monetarily to show for or it. But as the plumber dripping on the the world is OK. Some weeks I just try to touch and affect as many people as I can and this week was no exception. I plumbed my heart out and Gave those who deserved a discount one and those who deserved to be gouged got gouged.

It's funny how many 65 plus people are in this world with no one to take good care of them and their house. I always ask them, you don't have kids or grand kids who could have done this. Then I get the sad and pathetic nope. Come on people even though I'm alone in this state of California If my hypothetical 70 year old father called me in N.Y. and had a problem that needed fixing, Then I would make a call and have a buddy take care of it. Sometimes one must ask what has this F@#$en world come too. Am I right or Am I right

Then this week I had some customers who live in a higher tax bracket then most of us reading this, and they were "scum". Now you know I try deeply to not put people in that light but when I'm or any service person is in your house fixing your problem, one should be careful what you say on the phone and how you talk to your house service people. There is never a need to be rude to the people who could easily kill your grass or blow you house up with you in it. Just down right silly, so they must break out the check book and pay full price with a little extra. So that when I go to that sweet 83 yaer old ladyies house he can get his job/ problem fixed for free

I also went to Monterrey this week. I'm sorry it was actually Carmel but we call them our Monterrey team 212 crew. How can total strangers become friends/family, Thanks Buck and Robert for opening your heart to me. Also a great drive, 12 hours there and back in one night, With some outstanding male friends. Vinny-mac always teaching, I'm amazed how a carpenter can teach a plumber and were not talking about building a house, just life. Then my young brother Oliver a simple soccer player, But yet so deep in life spirit. His parents did a good job, I owe them a few hugs so look out momma cause I will hug you the hardest (sorry Jackson). I also saw my daughter, brought her a care package like a good parent should. She is on her way to change this world. keep it up sweetie !!!

So before I sign out I'm going to tell you a story (Thanks Nick)... There is this business lady waiting at the airport for a plane. She decides she's hungry and thirsty, So she walks to the magazine kiosk grabs a water and bag of cookies and sits back down. As she's sitting reading she notices the man next to her eating her cookies. It upsets her, but she grabs one and doesn't say any thing. he takes another, she still say nothing but gets more annoyed. finally one cookie left the man takes it breaks it in half takes his piece hands her the other piece, She's now steaming but still says nothing. The lady boards the plane, and is putting her bag into the overhead baggage compartment and notices her bag unzipped and See's her closed bag of cookies. Humbled she sits back down...

In life you don't know what you don't know. Try to treat each person with kindness and have compassion. You just don't know when you will be next to that great life changing person. Look at me, I wore a kilt to a meeting in Anaheim, just because I'm different and It got me face to face time with an awesome inspirational man Dallin Larson. I know sometimes I must sound like a broken record. but it makes me sad how most forget. Just be true to who you are and always treat others better than you want to be treated... I'm just sayin

Facts and living

Another glorious day and week alive. So today is Friday and I couldn't let another week go with out giving you the facts only the facts. LOL .Just spitting the silly knowledge I learned this week, so here we go...

Fact: Penguins can not walk backwards, that's because there top heavy and have small feet. (that's why the attractive fun size women struggle)

Fact: Mark twain was born on the day Hailey's comet flew by in 1835, He vowed once he was old enough and knew that fact he would live to see it again, It appears every 76 years and he died the day after it's next appearance in 1910

Beliefs and Religion

Happy Sunday all, So I have spent most of this week with a sore throat and a voice that fades in and out. It has been difficult since most who know me know I can be loud. Not in an obnoxious way but in an expressive way. Which again is funny because 3 years ago I was pretty subdued. It nice how a brain injury gives your life a reset. Any hoot here's my sermon today. About once every month I preach at 2 senior centers so I thought I would share with others. Especially my friend Kerri St.Lewis, OH and my Pastor asked me to do these about 8 months ago at first I was keeping it on the down low:

Hello today I/we will do something different. I have gotten sick and lost my voice, Which comes and goes. So I have brought my son Jeff II to share and read my thought for you this week:


If you will diligently listen to the voice of the LORD, Your GOD, and do what is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments, and keep all of his statues. I will put none of the disease on you that I put on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD your healer (Exodus 15:26)

You shall serve the LORD, your GOD, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will take your sickness away from among you (Exodus 23:25)

With long life I shall satisfy him and show him salvation (Psalm 91:16)

He sent out his word and healed them and delivered them from their destruction (Psalm 107:20)

He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3)

Fear not, For I am with you: Be not dismayed, For I am GOD: I will strengthen you, I will help, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand (Isiah 41:10)

Pretty powerful versus in the bible. All dealing with pain and healing sickness and disease. Just know when we are down, We are not out. The LORD will lift us up. Search to the LORD for the strength to heal. If it is our time then it is our time and He will be there to lift us up in the after life. But in this life if we believe we will be healed.

If anyone is suffering ??? let us pray... If anyone is cheer full ??? let us sing praise... If anyone among us is sick ???...let us call out to our wise elders so that they can pray over us, anointing us with the sacred oils of our LORD and the prayer of faith will save the ones who are sick. The LORD will always lift us up, And he will forgive us if we have committed sins. Therefore confess your sins to one another so that we can heal together. Pray for one another, The prayer of the righteous has great power, and it is working if you believe...

LET US pray, Thank you LORD for the strength to heal. Thank you LORD for the people around us. Protect them. Thank you for giving me a son to share my word with you. I hope it gives clarity to you and others. In the name of our father and his son the holly spirit AMEN

What do you think ??? Is it OK for a street kid from NYC, a plumber, no ??? Just so you know how I'm just a normal guy the whole time I typed this I had classic METALICA playing on my computer. One has to be real all the time. Don't change who you are. It doesn't matter what one calls there GOD as long as one believes in something higher. I am no way perfect, and I learn something everyday. Love your spouse, Your children, family, friends. In the end I feel there is someplace to go and our body is just dust in the wind. You decide your path. Me time !!!

Life has been so busy over the last few weeks. First off I'm not complaining, But I have been running around trying to please everyone else and no true ME time.

Right now I'm sick for the first time in over 2 years. To be honest it sucks hard. I keep wishing mommy will come make me feel better. When I say mommy, I don't mean my birth mother. I mean my wonderful wife whom raised two children into young adults.
I just want some soup, my tummy rubbed then get tucked in. Not that I could sleep all day because my business is booming. which I love, it makes me happy. In some sort of way completes Me. It's funny plumbing completes me. That's really funny cause we can't live without our internal plumbing. I hope you got what I was trying to throw down. As a plumber helping others fills my void of being inadequate. Then that leads to a whole separate topic of self doubt but now is not the time to go there.

Even when I took a weekend away, with friends for v-day. I knew it wasn't for me. If I said it once I will say it a thousand times more, Happy wife Happy life. She had an Awesome time, Our friends did too (I hope). Sure it was fun, but I was mostly concerned with everyone Else's happiness. I loved seeing there smiling laughing faces. But again no Me time, We did what I thought they wanted to do, and never did I get selfish and push what I wanted. I know I'm a giver not a taker. Guys I'm not digging on you. I really enjoyed sharing in your firsts as a group. Even yelling at oliver over Monopoly, Or playing scrabble with my o.c.d. sister nicole. I wouldn't change anything. I even went the whole weekend with no computer, facebook or mafia wars.

So I'm sick, Is this because I'm just physically run down. Or is it from me having to break my routine. No exercise really, No proper diet, No Monavie juice like normal. What can it be ??? I have jobs all weekend and next week, Because I not a no man, I'm a definite yes man. I can and will beat this whatever I have. Start eating right and get back in training for the races. Life would just be no fun if we were in balance all the time. Just let me hear ya say HELL yea Let each of us have some ME time... I'm just sayin

T.G.I.F, Isn't the end of the week the best, Of course in the old days it would mean payday. Now that I'm the boss there is no check in my office box. I remember running to cash it, then depositing some into the house account and then heading to the bar to get hammered. Oh those were the good old days. Collecting

Hello all, I have a bit of writers block, So my parents went away for a weeks vacation They left the keys to the brand new Porsche. No No lets be serious, Stay with me while I blabber!!!

So collections, Everyone has one. some may be small and insignificant Or others grand and in depth. With tons of details and organization. I'm reminded of this because twice lately doing my job as the plumber, I have been in houses of collectors. But not your normal collections, Nor ones you would want to show off or maybe you would, You decide. Both customers were senior citizens, and women. I tell you this information not to make judgement but just to set the picture.

First I'll call Rose, She had every news paper for twenty years that the sac bee put out. Neatly stacked By days, weeks, months years. All the Sundays separated since she went through the ads, but even the ads were separated by category or store. One would say Rose was a hoarder, Not true she was an amateur historian. While I fixed her plumbing leak we talked and she was a encyclopedia of history. Which all came from the newspapers. So one shouldn't pass judgement

Next I'll call Betty, She had about 1000 of the little wooden dolls. You know the ones that you open and there's one inside it and you open and repeat about 4 more times till you have a real tiny one. Now I have seen these, even think we have some in my house. Not totally strange But her reasoning was pretty Awesome. she had a reason, Her husband and she would travel the world when they were young, buying on at each place representing that country, town, village. Making and keeping this glorious memory. Now they never had kids got married at 15 and 16. He died at 50 in a tragic car accident coming home from work with grocery's and one of these dolls in his car. Which he got from a co-worker and it was from Alaska. Betty proceeded to tell me that when they had gone to Alaska they couldn't Find one. Wow what an Awesome guy, Any hoot she has been collecting them as she traveled alone keeping his memory alive. Betty was late 80's and almost made me cry so I didn't charge her and of course she gave me cash anyway. But had an awesome collection and a heartfelt story to go with it !!!

So what do you collect ??? Most men do Baseball cards or comics. Ladies dolls, Bears or little glass figurines. I collect Pez dispensers, weird right this big strapping guy will these little candy dispensers. Hey we all do something, mine are neat and organized by style or character series. My first a little yellow tweety bird, It got smashed when I was little from a bully who said yellow tweety bird chicken coward. By the way I beat him up when I was 13 and my passion for yellow stuck ( Hows life now Mossimo ??? And who's the coward ??? ) Any way I have maybe 100+ and only buy the ones that grab me with a memory or are rare. Oh and I do have the yellow tweety bird again. He sits on the shelves in the center and who doesn't love the Seinfeld episode where he watches the play with tweety on his knee clapping. So whats your collection ??? Whatever it is be proud it your memory trigger. Don't let anyone tell you it's silly. To Rose and Betty Keep rocking I will keep you in my prayers... I'm just sayin
